The service
DropShipNG (dropshipapp.ng) is a marketplace that connects people who want to send parcels ("senders") with verified members who are already travelling ("travellers"). DropShipNG is not a courier and does not itself carry parcels.
Accounts & verification
You must be 18 or older, register with your real name, and pass identity verification before sending or carrying parcels. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password and transaction PIN secret.
Pricing & escrow
The price shown before payment is final: a traveller fee per kilometre of straight-line distance plus a protection fee on the declared value. Payments are held in escrow and released to the traveller only when the sender approves delivery or DropShipNG resolves a dispute.
Cancellations & refunds
A sender may cancel before a traveller accepts and receive a full refund to their wallet. After acceptance, issues are handled through rejection and dispute review. Refunds are paid to the DropShipNG wallet and can be withdrawn to a Nigerian bank account.
Disputes
If a sender rejects a delivery, the traveller may accept the rejection or open a dispute. DropShipNG reviews the photo trail, location records and both accounts and makes a final decision on the escrowed funds.
Prohibited use
You may not use DropShipNG to move prohibited items, to commit fraud, or to arrange payments outside the platform. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Compensation for loss or damage is limited to the escrowed amount for that shipment and the declared value, as determined in dispute review. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
