What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, identity document and selfie (for verification), profile photo, payout bank details, shipment details and photos, and your location while you use Travel mode or work on a delivery.

How we use it

To verify identities, match parcels with travellers, show live tracking to the people involved in a shipment, process payments and payouts through Paystack, resolve disputes and keep the platform safe.

Who can see it

Identity documents are visible only to you and our verification team. Phone numbers are shared only between a sender and the traveller assigned to their parcel. Shipment photos are visible to the sender, the assigned traveller and our support team.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Paystack. DropShipNG never sees or stores your full card number. Your transaction PIN is stored encrypted and can't be read by anyone, including us.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, request corrections, or ask us to delete your account by contacting support@dropshipapp.ng, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
