Before you send

Photograph the item unpacked and again once sealed. Use tamper-evident tape where you can. Declare the real value. It decides your protection if anything goes wrong. Only hand the parcel to the traveller shown on your shipment page, and check their name when they arrive.

Before you carry

Never accept a parcel you have not seen sealed or that does not match the sender's photos. You can refuse any parcel. Take the pickup photo in front of the sender and the delivery photo with the named receiver.

Never allowed

Cash, cheques or bearer instruments; firearms, ammunition and explosives; illegal drugs and controlled substances; alcohol and tobacco for resale; live animals; perishable food without sealed packaging; flammable or hazardous materials; counterfeit goods; anything prohibited by Nigerian law.

Pay only through DropShipNG

Escrow protection only covers payments made in the app. Never pay a traveller in cash or by transfer outside DropShipNG, and report anyone who asks you to.
